Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in lucknow. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, providing training and support to customers, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Sales Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Training skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
