Department - ProcessF&A ServicesReports to (Designation of the RO)ManagerDirect ReportsNot ApplicableKey working relationshipsNot ApplicableJob Description ( describes primary functions of the job )Job Summary1) Auditing, Processing and Accounting of AP & AR Invoices2) Posting necessary Journal Entries in Accounting Applications3) Review of Payroll Entries and Posting in the system4) Accruals Accounting5) Bank Accounts Reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliations & Vendor Reconciliation6) Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts and recording adjustment entries7) Client Interaction 
Specific Responsibilities1) Auditing and processing of Vendor Invoices (Accounts Payable)2) Preparing Wire Sheets for Vendor Payments3) Reconciling     transactions recorded in GL vs. Bank Statements/Credit Card Statements4) Creating Schedules for Balance Sheets Accounts and doing their Reconciliation and posting necessary Adjustment Entries. 5) Interact with client through emails as well as on calls to discuss tasks, queries etc.Qualification & ExperienceEssential Skills/ Experience & Qualification: The candidate should be a Graduate in Commerce with at least 50 %. Candidates from B.Com(Hons) stream shall be given preference2) Should have good understanding of Accounting Concepts3) Should have good written and verbal communication skills4) Computer literate with working knowledge of MS excel & MS word with good typing skills5) Should have good analytical and interpreting skills6) Present requirements to work in day timingsDesired Skills/Experience & Qualification:  1) Should reside within 20 Kms of the organization2) Should have at least 4-5 experience in Accounting Domain
