Designation Accountant Department - Process F&A Services Reports to (Designation of the RO) Manager Direct Reports Not Applicable Key working relationships Not Applicable Job Description ( describes primary functions of the job ) Job Summary 1) Auditing, Processing and Accounting of AP & AR Invoices 2) Posting necessary Journal Entries in Accounting Applications 3) Review of Payroll Entries and Posting in the system 4) Accruals Accounting 5) Bank Accounts Reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliations & Vendor Reconciliation 6) Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts and recording adjustment entries 7) Client Interaction Specific Responsibilities 1) Auditing and processing of Vendor Invoices (Accounts Payable) 2) Preparing Wire Sheets for Vendor Payments 3) Reconciling transactions recorded in GL vs. Bank Statements/Credit Card Statements 4) Creating Schedules for Balance Sheets Accounts and doing their Reconciliation and posting necessary Adjustment Entries. 5) Interact with client through emails as well as on calls to discuss tasks, queries etc. Qualification & Experience Essential Skills/ Experience & Qualification: 1) The candidate should be a Graduate in Commerce with at least 50 %. Candidates from B.Com(Hons) stream shall be given preference 2) Should have good understanding of Accounting Concepts 3) Should have good written and verbal communication skills 4) Computer literate with working knowledge of MS excel & MS word with good typing skills 5) Should have good analytical and interpreting skills 6) Present requirements to work in day timings Desired Skills/Experience & Qualification: 1) Should reside within 20 Kms of the organization 2) Should have at least 4-5 experience in Accounting Domain
