Experience Required: Minimum 2 year
of HR experience in a
hospital; 2- 4years Experience.

Educational Qualification:

· MBA with Hospital Management

· Additional HR certification : PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Executive
with a
medical or healthcare background with experience of working in hospitals
to manage day-to-day HR operations in our hospital. The ideal candidate will support all HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and coordination with clinical and non-clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for hospital staff —including doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, and administrative roles.

· Coordinate
interviews, offer letters, onboarding, and induction programs
for new employees.

· Maintain and update
employee master data, attendance, and leave records
.

· Assist with
payroll inputs, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance
.

· Handle
employee engagement initiatives
, welfare activities, and grievance redressal.

· Support
training and development
for clinical and non-clinical employees.

· Ensure timely
performance evaluations and appraisals
.

· Liaise with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and ensure
manpower planning
.

· Prepare and maintain
HR reports, letters, and documentation
as per hospital HR policies.

· Ensure adherence to
labour laws, hospital HR policies, and ethical standards
.

Required Skills:

· Prior HR experience in a
hospital or healthcare setup
(mandatory).

· Familiarity with
medical roles and terminology
.

· Good understanding of
HRMS systems and MS Office tools
.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

· Knowledge of
labour laws and statutory compliances
.
