Hospital - Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach activities to promote the hospital's services, increase patient acquisition, and build brand awareness. This role involves fieldwork, relationship-building with referral doctors, organizing health camps and events, and digital and offline marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Outreach:
- Identify and approach potential referral sources (e.g., general practitioners, clinics, diagnostic centers).
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
- Generate and follow up on patient leads through various channels.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and new offerings.
Marketing Activities:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (online and offline).
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.) in targeted areas.
- Coordinate and organize health camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), wellness programs, and community outreach events.
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media and email campaigns (if required).
Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain records of daily visits, meetings, and lead conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and performance updates.
- Collect feedback from patients and referral partners to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hospital marketing or similar role.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Good understanding of healthcare and hospital services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
