Responsibilities
Core roles and responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing camps, health check-up drives, and group outreach activities.
  • Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams for smooth camp execution.
  • Identify potential locations, institutions, and corporate partners for conducting camps.
  • Handle logistics such as transportation, permissions, equipment, and manpower.
  • Promote camp activities through local networks, digital media, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure proper documentation, participant data collection, and post-camp reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors for materials, banners, refreshments, and giveaways.
  • Prepare MIS reports and maintain records of all camp activities.
  • Assist the marketing team in follow-ups and lead conversion from camp participants.
  • Maintain good public relations and uphold the hospital's image in all events.
  • Campaign management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote hospital services and attract new patients.
  • Event coordination: Plan, organize, and manage community outreach programs, health fairs, and special events to increase hospital visibility and patient engagement.
  • Content creation: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to create compelling and accurate marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.
  • Digital marketing: Manage the hospital's online presence through social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Market research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand patient needs, and analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using data and analytics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as public relations, and with hospital administration and medical staff to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the hospital's goals.
