Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)

CTC: ₹4-5 LPA

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to independently manage strategy, execution, and performance of campaigns for our client acquisition. This is for a SAAS product, with inbound sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Focused ads and emails to create awareness, re-target and signup our SaaS offering
  • Own the inbound objectives of client acquisition and revenue targets
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
  • Activities to perform:
  • Create and design engaging, mobile-friendly content
  • Segment audiences using CRM tools for personalized messaging
  • Track campaign metrics (open/click/conversion rates)
  • Optimization of campaigns
  • Budget management
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design
  • Set up automation workflows and triggers based on user behavior
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad formats, and paid media best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Preferably worked in multiple channels
  • Experience in marketing and automation
  • Good analytical, communication, and content skills
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus
  • Worked in a SaaS startup is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
  • Strong willingness to carry out performance marketing and deliver results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
