Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Team in executing operational and administrative functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will come with experience in retail marketing and have a strong understanding of vendor management, work orders, and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage work orders for marketing campaigns and vendor services.

Handle vendor management onboarding, documentation, coordination, and communication.

Track and manage invoice clearance, ensuring timely processing in alignment with finance teams.

Support the marketing operations team in campaign execution, logistics, and material movement.

Maintain and update marketing trackers, budgets, and reports.

Assist in coordinating with regional and store teams for POS materials, branding, and event requirements.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints.

Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and retail operations teams.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 24 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations, preferably from a retail or consumer brand background.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic documentation processes.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
