We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of all marketing activities. This is a role for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be the link between different marketing teams, ensure the timely movement of tasks, smooth execution of campaigns, and provide support for programs and leadership tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Workflow & Coordination

  2. Manage daily task flow between content, design, and performance teams.

  3. Create, track, and update job IDs, briefs, and task lists.
  4. Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

  5. Maintain and update the central marketing calendar.

  6. Marketing Support

  7. Assist with campaign execution.

  8. Support events, webinars, and CSR programs with scheduling and logistics.
  9. Schedule approved posts on social media and upload blogs to the website.

  10. Keep campaign trackers, asset folders, and documentation updated.

  11. Admin & Leadership Support

  12. Schedule and coordinate team meetings.

  13. Prepare weekly updates and share action items.
  14. Help the leadership with approvals, follow-ups, and admin tasks.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Planner, Notion) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and follow through with deadlines.
