Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced fintech startup. You'll work directly with our CMO and collaborate with design, product, and agency teams to support campaigns, collaterals, and reporting across our marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing activities and ensure timely delivery across ongoing campaigns and partner initiatives.

  • Liaise with creative and digital agencies for assets, approvals, and reports.

  • Manage content publishing workflows (social media scheduling, email deployment, website updates).

  • Support creation and maintenance of marketing collaterals like pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies.

  • Track campaign performance metrics and consolidate reports for leadership reviews.

  • Manage vendor lists, partner contact databases, and documentation of marketing activities.

What You'll Bring

1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing support roles (fintech or SaaS preferred).

Working knowledge of Canva, Email campaigning tools, and Google Workspace and LLMs.Date: 27/10/25

Excellent communication and follow-up skills; comfortable working with multiple

stakeholders. A self-starter who learns fast, enjoys structure, and can manage multiple moving pieces.
