Job Summary

The HR Executive will support daily HR operations of the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, documentation, payroll support, and statutory compliance. The role focuses on maintaining smooth HR processes, ensuring employee satisfaction, and coordinating effectively with all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hotel departments.
  • Conduct onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR MIS updates.
  • Support payroll processing with accurate data collection.
  • Assist with employee engagement, training coordination, and internal communication.
  • Manage grievance handling and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, HR standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Support performance management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Assist in organizing staff welfare activities and hotel HR events.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good understanding of hotel operations and hospitality standards (Hospitality field preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and basic labor compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Salary

₹30,000 CTC per month
