Job Description : Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive HR Performance Management Specialist/HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, performance reviews, and employee engagement. The role involves both offshore support and onshore documentation for clinician onboarding and orientation. Responsibilities: - Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new employees. - Assist with payroll management and statutory compliance requirements. - Address employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture. - Conduct periodic performance reviews with managers to assess progress against defined targets and KPIs. - Support onshore documentation, clinician onboarding, and orientation processes. - Plan and coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities. - Strive to enhance HR operations and overall employee experience. - Support in other HR-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in HR with exposure to performance management, recruitment, and compliance. - Good knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Willingness to work night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum. - Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.
