We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager & Admin to oversee all human resources and administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and ensuring smooth administrative and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage end-to-end recruitment – job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Oversee payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

Conduct employee performance evaluations, appraisals, and career development plans.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure a positive work culture.

Plan and conduct training sessions, HR activities, and employee engagement programs.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and government regulations.

Administrative Management

Supervise day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of departments.

Manage office assets, vendor coordination, procurement, and maintenance.

Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, and facility management.

Monitor security, housekeeping, and office infrastructure requirements.

Coordinate with external agencies, government departments, and auditors when required.

Prepare monthly reports on HR and administrative activities for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
