Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
  • Present, promote, and sell IT services (Web, Mobile, and Digital Solutions) to prospective customers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and transparency.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams for lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales or B2B Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
