Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Present, promote, and sell IT services (Web, Mobile, and Digital Solutions) to prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and transparency.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams for lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
