We are seeking a Sales Representative who is passionate about technology, automation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B tech or automation sales, with the ability to engage clients and close high-value deals in the commercial, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Present and demonstrate Nexgen's IoT-based smart home, hotel & office automation solutions to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and create customized proposals that highlight ROI and technical value.
- Build long-term relationships with architects, system integrators, consultants, and hotel owners.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Research competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IoT, automation, building management, or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to learn smart technology products.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and installations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with smart building, GRMS, or energy management systems.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Prior exposure to project sales in hospitality, real estate, or office automation.
