We're Hiring: Inside Sales Representative

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and closing deals? We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team

Location: Mohali [ Onsite]

Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility: 1-3 years

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by generating and closing sales through inbound and outbound channels such as phone, email, and virtual meetings. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social outreach

Manage inbound leads and qualify prospects

Present and sell products/services to potential customers

Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams

What We're Looking For

Experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo, Sales Navigator etc)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

B2B or B2C sales experience

Knowledge of consultative selling techniques
