
Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for going from business to business, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit businesses regularly to pitch and sell products/services.
- Identify potential leads, generate new business, and maintain client relationships.
- Present product features and benefits to decision-makers and negotiate contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and feedback.
- Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to management.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting preferred.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory if strong sales experience).
