Job Description:
  • Must be from Doors & Windows Building construction Façade Industry Plywood Industry Paint Industry. (ONLY **** Candidate)
  • Make a daily working plan of sites discuss with Marketing head and execute. (day to day basis)
  • Scan defined area and submit all details on daily basis.
  • Take measurements of sites in defined area as and when required by Sales team & ISE team.
  • Align meetings for Sales team if required- align Marketing Head meeting in case Sales team is busy with their work.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Own recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements and skills:
  • Graduation in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative in Doors & Windows Building construction Façade Industry Plywood Industry Paint Industry
  • Should have good communication Skills (Hindi and English).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skill

Note:  1. Candidate should have his own Vehicle.
  1. Should be comfortable with field sales.
  2. Travel Allowance will be provided.
