Marketing Strategist who can drive growth both for Medify as a brand and for our healthcare

clients who rely on us for marketing support.

This role is a dynamic blend of social media management, paid media strategy, and creative

coordination, ideal for someone with a growth mindset and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Own the content calendar and execution across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for both Medify and select healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate with 2-3 internal team members (graphic designers and motion designers) to develop engaging and brand-aligned creatives.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and narrative while tailoring messaging for different audiences—doctors, hospital admins, pharmacy owners, and healthcare decision-makers.


Paid Media Campaigns

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads for both Medify and client healthcare brands.
  • Define targeting strategies based on audience profiles (e.g., specialty clinics, pharmacy chains, diagnostic labs).
  • Optimize campaigns continuously through A/B testing, keyword tuning, and creative iterations to improve CPL, ROAS, and engagement.


Campaign Development & Execution

  • Conceptualize digital marketing campaigns based on new product launches, seasonal promotions, or awareness drives—especially for client brands in the healthcare space.
  • Collaborate with client servicing and creative teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report campaign metrics weekly/monthly, including reach, engagement, leads generated, and conversion rates.
  • Share performance insights and optimization suggestions directly with internal leadership and client stakeholders.
