Job Title : Sales & Service Engg.- Medical Devices-Only Male Candidate Required


• Exp. Required: 1– 3 Years


• CTC : 2,40, ,60,000.00 LPA


• Location :- Andaman & Nicobar


• No. of opening: 1


• Function: Product Demos, User Training, Sales Support, Service Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Working for Exclusive equipment product promotion and frequent dealer and customer visits to enhance the market.

2. Perform the product demonstration, Installation and application support as well as sales follows up with regional wise BDEs.

3. Working with regional wise BDEs for the product launch by understanding the market needs, potential and the competitors product

4. Attending the regional wise National conference for product launching and shows for the market.

5. Reaching(and if possible exceeding) monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

6. Ensuring the product installation and customer satisfaction at every time, Build relationship with the dealer and customer

7. Providing product sales, troubleshooting and maintenance training to the dealer staff members and basic troubleshooting and maintenance training to the product user.

8. Keeping detailed records of all the customer contacts, product sales and service history.

9. Working with division to ensure the ease of product usage and to identify the user challenges, if any

10. Communicating with division to get the solution for the product complaints from the customer and identifying the product failure for better quality improvement.

11. Constantly monitoring the sales stock and service spare parts inventory

Requirements:


• Education: Bachelors in one of Bio Medical Engineering, Biotechnology, Electrical Engineering.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology (not mandatory).


• Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.


• Good team-work skills and interpersonal skills


• Should be sincere, honest and hardworking
