Restaurant Service Staff – Hotel Rainbird, Port Blair

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Must be well-groomed, polite, and professional in behavior.
• Ability to take orders, write KOTs, and coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of service techniques and dining etiquette.
• Fluent in Hindi and English; Bengali preferred.
• Team player with positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Write KOTs and coordinate closely with the kitchen and billing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and hygiene in the restaurant.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor complaints gracefully.
• Support smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and service at all times.
