Your Role as ASM – Retail:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)
Expand business by onboarding new clients and growing key accounts
Develop and manage a strong distributor and supply chain network
Execute trade marketing initiatives and brand visibility programs
Track competitor moves and share actionable insights
Drive in-market activations with ROI-focused execution
Analyze sales reports, inventory, and performance KPIs regularly
We're Looking For:
3–5 years of sales experience in Beverages/FMCG
Strong distributor & team management expertise
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Independent problem solver and strategic thinker
Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, or a related field
