**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Management**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to coordinate with sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Field officer
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding sales performance and market insights.

**2. Team Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Steak holder.
- Scheduling the Demonstration plan with the field officers.

**3. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports as required.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

**4. Training and Development**:

- Make a monthly, weekly and quarterly Plan and execute the training programs for Field officers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
