Role Description

This is a full-time, on-ground role based in Bangalore for a
Field Sales Executive
. You will be responsible for conducting home demos of electronics and smart devices, engaging customers with product benefits, and driving successful closures. Daily responsibilities include meeting customers, demonstrating products, addressing queries, cross-selling where relevant, and ensuring smooth follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-first mindset with the ability to build customer trust
  • Comfortable with consumer electronics and product demonstrations
  • Must have a two-wheeler for on-ground travel within the city
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada/Telugu is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in field sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory (freshers are welcome)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed salary: ₹30,000/month
  • Incentives: Earn up to ₹40,000–₹45,000/month
