About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales by engaging with business clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions clearly and confidently. The role requires strong spoken and written English, as you will interact with decision-makers and handle professional sales communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups in English
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills

  • Strong spoken and written English communication (mandatory)
  • Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development
  • Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and close deals
  • Comfortable working with targets and sales metrics

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is a plus)
