Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills. This role will support recruiters and help streamline data processes, making it easier to identify and track top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Maintain and update candidate and client databases in Excel and other internal systems.
- Excel Reporting: Create, update, and analyze recruitment reports using Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Applicant Tracking Support: Assist recruiters by entering candidate information, tracking progress, and managing interview schedules.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews with candidates and clients as needed.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize recruitment documents, including resumes, job descriptions, and candidate summaries.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates and clients to provide updates and answer general inquiries.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy by regularly auditing and updating information in the system.
- General Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks to support the team as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-4 years of experience in an administrative or recruitment support role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required; experience with other Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Time Management: Self-motivated with strong time-management skills to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
