JD for Manager BD/Tendering

1) Tender search & identify suitable infrastructure & construction tenders (All Infra tenders like Roads, Railways, Tunnels, Irrigation, Pipeline works, Mining, Industrial Projects, Transmission & Distribution, Buildings etc) in consultation with Head BD

2) Checking eligibility criteria

3) Attend prebid meetings

4) Carry out site visit and submit site visit report along with local material procurement sources & rates

5) Get quotations of purchase items from suppliers.

6) Prepare quantities from tender drawings / site visit and carry out rate analysis & costing

7) Prepare tender documentation

8) Submit tender

9) Attend bid openings, post bid meetings with clients, submit clarifications and collect work orders from client

Requirements:

1) 10 Years BD / Tendering experience in Infrastructure construction companies and worked in construction tenders like Roads, Railways, Tunnels, Irrigation, Pipeline works, Mining, Industrial Projects, T&D, Buildings etc

2) Educational Qualifications: M.Tech / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or) any other Engineering

2) Checking eligibility criteria
