Job Title: Team Leader (TL)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Team Incentives

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of Health Consultants. The TL will monitor performance, ensure lead conversion targets are met, and guide the team toward achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and support a team of 10–12 Health Consultants.

· Set daily targets and monitor achievement through reports and reviews.

· Conduct coaching sessions to improve communication and conversion rates.

· Evaluate agent performance and share feedback with management.

· Handle escalated customer issues effectively.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in telesales or BPO operations (healthcare domain preferred).

· Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

· Proficiency in English and one South Indian language (Tamil or Telugu).

· Target-driven and proactive in team performance management.
