HR Internship – Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic

Location: Pune, Baner(Work From Office Only)

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full Time)

Stipend: ₹8000-₹10,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  2. End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

  3. Posting job openings on various portals and social media platforms

  4. Conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling further interview rounds

  5. Coordinating with department heads and maintaining candidate feedback

  6. Onboarding & Documentation

  7. Managing onboarding formalities for new joiners

  8. Drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents

  9. Assisting in performance appraisals of new employees

  10. Maintaining and organizing employee documentation

  11. Sending HR-related communication and emails

  12. Hiring Focus

  13. Recruitment for key roles within the healthcare sector such as:

  14. Content Writers

  15. SEO Executives

  16. Doctors & Therapists

  17. Patient Care Coordinators

  18. Accounts Executives
