Reports to: Founder & Global Brand Director

Education Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing & Communication/ Interior Design/ Luxury or related fields.

Experience Minimum 10 Years

Instagram: Requirements and Skills: The Director of Sales will be responsible for Dubai Sales through Brand activation, engaging and building IDAs Network, private preview/ events, marketing & collaboration in

UAE focusing Dubai.

Job Skills

  1. Candidate should possess a strong network & relationship with Interior Designers doing high-end residential projects.

  2. Candidate should have extensive experience in engaging and working with IDAs community/ Interior Designers doing high-end residential projects.

  3. Knowledge and experience of liaising and brand building with interior designers, architects, media and Interior design-based groups & Organisations

  4. Experience in acquiring UHNI clients & generating sales in the Luxury, Art & Design Industry.

  5. An ability to market & develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and collaborations.

  6. Experience in planning & executing High End events & Private Previews.

  1. Excellent written & verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  2. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.

  5. Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the brand.

Major responsibilities:

  1. Planning & execution to achieve the Annual sales target by generating enquiries & timely converting deals in order to achieve quarterly & yearly sales targets, yet maintaining Brand positioning.

  2. Introduce, build and maintain strong long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers, architects focused on High end residential projects.

  3. Engage IDAs & UHNI clients with in-person meetings, vendor presentations & virtual tour/discussions for sales growth.

  4. Collaboratively strategize with India team & execute marketing plans to build Trunk's company Brand in Dubai.

  5. Identifies & expand the relationship with IDAs network beyond Dubai.

  6. Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours and Art & Design exhibitions.

  7. Strategize & acquire UHNI/ HNI clients and maintain exceptional relationships with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the Brand.

  8. Identify & collaborate with IDAs, galleries, artist and like-minded brands.

  9. Regular meetings with Brand Director & Founder to review existing and new business opportunities in conjunction with quarterly sales target.

  10. Other duties and special projects as requested by the Founder.

PR & Communication (Candidate preferred who is willing to take additional PR & Communication responsibilities)

  1. Developing & implementing effective PR & Media strategy to get high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.

  2. Representing the Brand to media, at events, interviews, etc. and serve as the primary point of contact for PR inquiries in Dubai.

  3. Collaboratively strategizing & implementing PR & Communication campaign for Dubai including but not limited to crafting compelling press materials, press releases, articles, and other media/PR content.
