
Current Account Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Current Account Acquisition Manager to spearhead the growth of our current account portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new current account clients, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new current account clients in line with organizational targets.
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and tailoring banking solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, compliance, product, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offerings.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on account acquisition performance and pipeline status for senior management.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and contribute to the overall growth of the current account portfolio.
Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.
