Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of daily operational activities.
- Manage recruitment and staffing processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain detailed company records and documentation.
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients or candidates to introduce company services and opportunities.
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients, candidates, or leads to build relationships and ensure engagement.
- Develop and implement a professional approach for client communication and outreach.
- Support internal and external coordination between departments and partners.
- Conduct research and prepare relevant reports as needed.
- Manage and update social media platforms and digital presence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and lead follow-up.
