Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern with prior experience in IT recruitment and Digital Marketing hiring. The role involves assisting in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and other HR operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination).
  • Draft and post job descriptions across job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.).
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on performance tracking and attendance management.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in IT recruitment and/or digital marketing hiring.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of hiring platforms and candidate screening techniques.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
