  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues that may arise during the construction phase.

  • Budget Management:

  • Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.

  • Review & certify RA bills, cost estimates, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for project stakeholders.

  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of the project.

  • Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications set by consultants and the company.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any quality concerns & mitigating by giving pep-talk / Trainings

  • Ensure that projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

  • Team Management and Leadership

  • Supervise project teams, including project managers, engineers, and support staff, to ensure efficient project delivery.

  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members to enhance their performance.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and achieve project goals.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project updates, progress reports, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and client.

  • Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive relationships.

  • Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project timelines or budgets and develop risk mitigation strategies.

  • Implement proactive measures to address changes in market conditions, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize negative impacts on project delivery.

  • Value Management.

  • Good experience of implementation of value engineering system including assessing the financial impact of proposed design changes during design process.
