The role will focus on creating culturally relevant, regional content and collaborating with local influencers, creators, and artists to drive brand visibility and consideration in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

This is a high-impact role requiring a strong creative instinct, cultural insight, and execution excellence to shape how Shriram Life resonates with middle-income Bharat households.

Role Requirements:Education:Graduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or Media. MBA or equivalent preferred.Experience Range:812 years of experience in content marketing, influencer management, regional advertising, or branded entertainment. Experience in BFSI, consumer brands, or digital media companies preferred.Professional Experience/ Skills:

  • Proven expertise in regional and hyper-local content creation across formats video, reels, testimonials, short films, explainers, etc.
  • Experience managing influencer marketing programs, including discovery, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of Tier 2/Tier 3 audience behavior, content preferences, and language nuances.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative agencies, production houses, and local creators.
  • Experience building storytelling frameworks that align with brand purpose and emotional connect.
  • Skilled in content planning for digital campaigns, product promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Familiarity with platforms like ShareChat, Moj, YouTube, Instagram, and regional OTT channels.
  • Exposure to tools for influencer marketing platforms and content performance tracking.
  • Creative thinker with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and at least one or more regional languages preferred (e.g., Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi)
