Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive
Influencer Partnership Executive/Manager
to identify, connect, and onboard influencers across Instagram and YouTube. The role involves managing influencer relationships, coordinating ad campaigns, and ensuring successful content delivery to drive brand reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard influencers relevant to our brand and target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Coordinate ad placements and ensure influencers integrate our ads into their videos or reels.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Track influencer performance and campaign ROI.
  • Maintain an updated database of influencer partnerships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of influencer metrics and campaign tracking.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.

Experience in digital agencies, creator platforms, or media companies is a plus.
