Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated and creative
Influencer Marketing Executive
who can lead and execute influencer collaborations across platforms like Instagram, and YouTube. The candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, have an eye for trends, and be skilled at building relationships with creators.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Discovery:
Research and identify relevant creators across platforms like Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on fashion, lifestyle, and Gen Z trends.

·       
Outreach & Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with nano to macro influencers, stylists, and fashion content creators.

·       
Campaign Management:
Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end—from briefings and contracts to content delivery and reporting.

·       
Content Collaboration:
Work with influencers to co-create high-quality, on-brand content including Reels, IG Stories, YouTube integrations, etc.

·       
Trendspotting:
Stay up to date with digital trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms—especially within fashion, beauty, and youth culture.

·       
Data & Performance:
Track campaign success using key metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions). Provide actionable insights for future activations.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with influencer management tools (optional but preferred).
  • A personal interest in fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture is a plus.
