Experience: 5–8 years in the Pet Industry (Mandatory)
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the pet care or pet food sector? We're looking for a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead sales initiatives in key South & West India markets.
About the Role
This is a strategic position focused on market expansion, channel development, and team leadership within the pet industry. You'll be working closely with pet retailers, distributors, veterinary networks, and internal teams to drive growth and brand visibility.
What You'll Need:
5–8 years of experience in pet food or pet care sales
Proven track record in territory management, distributor handling & sales target achievement
Strong network within the pet retail and veterinary ecosystem
Team management and leadership capabilities
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies
Manage distributor and retailer relationships
Monitor team performance and provide on-ground support
Identify growth opportunities and consumer trends
Report market insights to drive business decisions
