Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in the Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and dealer relationships within the assigned region. Daily tasks include developing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves travel within the area to meet with clients and dealers regularly.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management and lead generation
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proven track record in sales and managing distributor/dealer networks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the home decor or furnishings industry is a plus
