Roles And Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support< including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Exceptional follow-up skills are a must
- Handle any personal tasks and errands for the director with utmost discretion
- Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondance, reports,and presentations.
- Proficient in MS office, especially Word and Excel is essential
- Serve as the primary pointof contact for both internal and external stakeholdsers on behalf of the director.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
