The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems, services, and environments are safe, efficient, and aligned with organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:Facility Operations & Maintenance: Manage and supervise all facility-related activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. Ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility services. Negotiate contracts and monitor service level agreements.Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.Space Planning & Utilization: Optimize space usage and support office moves, renovations, and expansions. Maintain updated floor plans and asset inventories.Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage facility budgets. Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.Sustainability & Efficiency: Promote energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
