Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Surat. The Branch Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, manage and motivate team members, and ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff management, operational efficiency, handling customer relationships, maintaining clinic standards, and achieving business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with the management team to implement strategies and ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.

  • Strong management and leadership skills, including team supervision, staff training, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with patients and staff.
  • Solid organizational abilities with attention to detail, time management, and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in customer service and the ability to ensure patient satisfaction and address feedback professionally.
  • Knowledge of operational processes, compliance regulations, and business development strategies in a clinical setting.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
