Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Developer, based in Surat. The Branch Developer will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of new branches, maintaining compliance with company standards, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and managing project timelines. The role also involves strategic planning, location scouting, supervision of setup activities, and ensuring new branches meet organizational quality and operational requirements. Additionally, the Branch Developer will collaborate with local authorities and vendors to ensure a seamless branch development process.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Scheduling skills
  • Knowledge of Location Scouting, Vendor Coordination, and Compliance Management
  • Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration abilities
  • Experience with Quality Control, Operational Oversight, and Problem-Solving in similar roles
  • Proficient in handling on-site presence requirements and multitasking effectively
  • Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field; prior experience in branch/network development is an advantage
  • Understanding of dermatology or health clinic industry standards is a plus
