Job Role -

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer queries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Development: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and trust.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and sales data to drive improvements in service and conversion strategies.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹21,000.00 per month
