Position Overview
They are hiring a Business Development Manager – Institutional Sales with 1+ years of experience. The role involves driving collaborations with educational institutions, managing relationships, and leading a team of Business Development Executives.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute institutional sales strategies.
- Identify and manage partnerships with colleges and universities.
- Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for institutions.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings.
- Lead and train a team of Business Development Executives.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and MoUs.
- Coordinate internally for onboarding and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Ensure achievement of business goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage pre-placement, placement, and post-placement processes.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
- Leadership skills with team management ability.
- Willingness to travel within Karnataka.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage relationships.
Work Location
- Primary Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Travel: Frequent visits to colleges within and around Karnataka.
