Responsibilities

  • Should be confident in generating new leads by own effort and converting them into sale is most important. Need to target major B2C\B2B\direct customers\Architects\real estate company to tie up.
  • Must have Good Contacts with Corporate companies. and Facility managers
  • Should have good knowledge in sales process, preparing quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations, WSR, Sales forecast, CRM, Sales prospects and excels.
  • Should be able to meet required target assigned by the company in the stipulated time and period
  • As a sales person you would be the only point of direct contact with the customer, and should talk very politely to maintain relationship and to generate revenue for the company.
  • Monthly closure of 5-6 would be expected as an average performer.
  • Preferred Bangalore candidate only

Qualifications

  • At least should be any graduate\MBA\BBM\BBA and should have 2-4 years of experience into Marketing & Sales or Business Development. Experience into Corporate\real estate field would be an added advantage.
  • Need to achieve target as individual and team level given by the company every month and every quarters. Should not hesitate to handle clients directly with individual efforts always for presales\sales.
