Process Associate (Fresher / Experienced)

Qualification Graduates OR Undergraduate

Job Role: Tracing and contacting customers, informing them of their overdue payments. Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments. Negotiating suitable payment plans.

Required skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in regional languages will be considered as added advantage.

(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Hindi)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite.

Team Lead (Experienced) :

Qualification Graduates

Job Role: Lead and manage team members, including setting clear performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

Required skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional certifications in collection will be added advantage such as DRA

Key responsibility:

Lead and manage team members, including setting clear performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

Coordinate team activities, work allocation, ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.

Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information,

Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to senior management
