Job Profile/Designation: SaaS Sales Specialist - Telesales cum Email Support

Job Description - Key Responsibilities:

· Contacting Potential and Existing Customers: Making outbound calls to identify and engage with Leads, and Answering Incoming calls from customers.

· Understanding Customer Needs: Identifying customer requirements through profiling and active listening to tailor product/service recommendations.

· Presenting Product Demo/ SaaS Sales: Communicating features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.

· Handling Inquiries and Resolving Issues: Addressing customer questions and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.

· Objection Handling with Sales Closure: Persuading customers to make purchases, follow up with Renewal of Subscription, and finalize deals.

· Managing Customer Relationship with Empathy: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage Subscription Renewal business.

· Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

· Maintaining Accurate Records: Documenting Client Discussions, Sales Follow Up with Leads, and Customer interactions in CRM / Database.

· Following Scripts and Guidelines: Adhering to pre-written Scripts and Company procedures.

· Upselling and Cross-selling: Suggesting additional products or services to existing customers.

· Collaborating with other Teams: Working with Field Sales teams and Customer Support Teams.

Skills and Educational Qualifications:

· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.

· Good Writing Skills for Email Support: Employees are expected to write flawless English Emails without Grammatical Errors and Address their Queries.

· Persuasion and Negotiation skills: Ability to influence customers and close deals.

· Problem-solving skills: Ability to address customer issues and find solutions.

· Strong listening skills: Ability to understand customer needs and preferences.

· Knowledge of product/Service Offerings: Understanding of the company's products and services.

· Computer proficiency: Ability to use CRM software and other computer applications like Google Meet and Any Desk.

· Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Ability to Work under pressure: Ability to meet Sales targets and handle a high volume of calls.

· Hindi and English Communication Skills Mandatory.

Any other Regional Languages will be added advantage and would be preferred.

Note: We would highly prefer to recruit candidates with SaaS Sales Experience and Tele calling Sales B2B / B2C Experience especially who are looking for Sales as their Career Goal to grow with their Academic excellence and communication abilities.
