  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees, promoting the value of ongoing skill enhancement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on training initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on training initiatives, content strategy effectiveness, and hiring progress.
  • Ensures that various training methods are being utilized, and training activities like process knowledge tests are being conducted appropriately
  • Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Develop and curate training content for the internal LMS Portal
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
