About the Role:
Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Training to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in banking operations along with strong people management and training skills to deliver effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
:
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees in the Banking domain.
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders, HR, and operations teams to identify training needs.
Maintain reports, MIS, and training documentation as per process requirements.
Mentor and coach team members for performance and career growth.
Requirements
:
Overall 5 years of overall professional experience with minimum 2 years in the Banking sector (mandatory).
Proven experience in training delivery, facilitation, and content development.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Graduation is a must (Post-graduation/Certifications in Training will be an added advantage).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results within deadlines..
